I still can't believe I'm saying this but I tell everyone that therapy was really fun. Considering I grew up in a dysfunctional violent family that's an amazing statement. The past doesn't bother me anymore and I'm really enjoying things for the first time in my life. The best part was that the process was emotionally painless. Thank you so much for all your help!

I have suffered from depression for about 4 years. After the 1st session I started to feel the negativity lift. By the end of the 3rd session I felt fantastic. I did traditional talk therapy and thought I was a hopeless case. I can't believe the difference in my mood! I feel like I know more about how my mind works after 3 sessions with Laura than after a year of regular therapy. Thanks so much for everything, it's changed my life.
