Plus Closers is a professional closing network that evolved because our clients demanded it. We provide closing support to title companies and attorneys who either have scheduling conflicts, run a small operation and need additional support or have closings beyond their immediate service area. Today we conduct A+ Closings in all counties throughout the USA and our experience shows.
We continue to grow because in this competitive market where anyone can become a closing or settlement agent, but not all closers have the same work ethic. Our clients were becoming increasingly frustrated with loans not funding on time, irate lenders and losing clients due to inept notaries and closing agents.

Virtual Settlement Agent Services: We will serve as the liaison to all parties including your mortgage lender, real estate agent, municipal authorities, tax collectors and everyone else who may be involved in your important transaction.
Our Hud preparation comprises of gathering and compiling lender, third party, borrower and settlement agent fees and completing HUD I settlement statements.
HUD settlement statement is prepared in accordance with the lender's closing instructions and the requirements of the title insurance commitment, and provided to the lender and/or investor for approval prior to the physical signing, if necessary.
